报告人介绍：Johanna Palmberg

Johanna Palmberg is a PhD in Economics at Jonkoping International Business School (JIBS). She defended her doctoral dissertation “Family Ownership and Investment Performance" in October 2010. The aim of the dissertation is to study ownership and corporate governance effects on performance in Swedish listed firms. That is, her research interests relates to corporate governance, corporate finance, theories of the firm, transaction cost analysis, and entrepreneurship. She also has an interest in regional and urban economics.
